The FEPBlue program covers over 5 million of the 8 million active and retired government employees that receive their health benefits through the federal program.

BCBS Federal negotiates with the government to determine the benefits and premiums employees can expect. All employees receiving health benefits from Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal have complete access to their insurance plans with a visit to FEPBlue.org.
Manage your medical expenses
Your Financial Dashboard is an easy way to view a summary of your medical expenses and bills. It’s a great place to start if you are looking for ways to save money on out of pocket expenses.
Find a Doctor or Provider
Search the online directory of preferred providers to find a doctor in-network, locate urgent care clinics on fepblue.org.

Replacement ID Card
You can request to have a new or replacement ID card to be sent to you through the mail.
Mail Service Pharmacy Program
In partnership with CVS Caremark, BCBS Federal clients have access to convenient and low-cost prescription refills.
The Mail Service Pharmacy Program provides up to a 90 day supply of prescription drugs that are taken on a regular and long term basis. Learn more about how to request a home delivery prescription refill.
Fitness Your Way

For those interested in saving money on costly gym memberships, the Fitness Your Way program by Tivity Health offers low-cost gym memberships.
Fitness Center memberships start at just $29 a month and are available at nearly 10,000 fitness center locations nationwide.
MyBlue® Wellness Card
In addition, you can view your activity statement and the current balance on your MyBlue Wellness Debit Card. The card can be used to help cover some of your out of pocket qualified medical expenses.
The incentive program offered by MyBlue supports making choices geared towards better health and wellness of federal employees and their families.
In order to receive the monetary incentive, employees must complete the Blue Health Assessment (BHA). After which, a $50 credit is added onto their FEPBlue MyBlue prepaid debit card.
In addition, members are given the opportunity to earn an additional $120 to their debit card by completing certain goals via the virtual Health Coach.

*Choose a password that contains numbers, both lower and upper case letters and special characters.
