MyChartPlus Login Instructions
Desktop browser access
Open the official web portal https://mychart.nortonhealthcare.org/. You will see the official MyChart homepage after clicking the given link, and you will find a login form on this page.
*Make sure you have your browser set to allow cookies to login.
Official MyChart App

Access your account using the latest version of MyChart if you have it installed on your phone. To access MyChart, click the “My Chart” button on the mobile screen. You will then be able to log into MyChart. MyChart App also works with MyNortonChart, MyAtriumHealth, UW Health.
To log into your MyChart account using the mobile application, you must first provide your MyChart username and passcode.
Tip: Enable face detection for more convenient access.
MyChartPlus Bill Pay

The MyChartPlus bill pay service is a convenient way to pay your medical bills online. You can set up automatic payment reminders and receive an email confirmation of each transaction. The MyChartPlus bill pay feature allows you to:
- Make one-time or recurring payments
- Pay by credit card or debit card
- Set up auto-payments that are scheduled
MyChartPlus Create Sign In Instructions
Signing up for MyChartPLUS is easy. During a visit to one of our facilities, tell the front desk that you want to sign up for a My Chart Plus account.
You’ll receive a MyChartPLUS pin via email or a physical letter, whichever you choose. Use this pin on the MyChartPlus.org website to activate your account.
You can also sign up from the MyChartPlus website.

If you’re an adult patient (at least 18), you must provide basic demographic info before creating your MyChart account. After confirming your identity, we’ll ask you basic questions to help us set up your account.
If your demographic information can’t be verified using your provided information, you will be asked to provide additional information.
Once activated, you can use the portal to view your test results, schedule appointments, request prescriptions, review lab reports, and much more.

What is MyChartPLUS?
MyChartPLUS is a free, easy-to-use online portal designed specifically for patients to securely view, manage, and store their personal medical record information. With MyChartPLUS, you can see your most recent lab reports, prescription history, and immunizations, change your medication list, and receive automated electronic messages about upcoming appointments, test results, and vaccinations.
What Medical Reports Does MyChartPlus Give you Access to?
You can use MyChartPLUS anytime and from anywhere.MyChartPlus provides access to some documents. This includes information typically sent to patients upon discharge from the hospital.

Can I view a family member’s health record in MyChartPlus?
No, you are not allowed to view family members’ health records. Due to the sensitive nature of health care information, each patient must sign and submit a release of information request and create their own MyChartPLU account.
My Chart Plus activation code does not work. What should I do?
To protect your account from unauthorized access, your activation code expires 45 days after purchase and is no longer valid once you’ve used it for the first time. If your activation key has been used up, please call the number listed on your MyChartPLUS card to get a new one. You can contact our technical team via:

Can my spouse and I share one MyChartPlus account?
Due to the sensitive nature of health care information, each adult must complete a release of information form and create an individual MyChartPLUS account before accessing their health records online.
