  2. The VA gets a login in system everyone understands, then it is difficult. Leave it along all veterans are not computer literate. The system started out to be easy and simple. All I want to do is log in. Not try all your new BS.

  3. System very difficult to use. Keeps putting you in and out and too many requirements of signing in every time you go to a new page.
